Shipping Information

 

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post satchels and customers will be provided with a tracking number which they will be able to track online at auspost.com.au/track. Postage is a flat fee of $9.95 for standard shipping and $19.95 for express post shipping unless you spend over $150 in which case shipping is free.

Some items will be sent to you via a third-party and these items will be sent via Australia Post eParcel. Therefore an order may be shipped separately.

For items that are shipped via a third party, it will be noted on the initial product page for your convenience.

Postage cost is the same if your order is shipped separately. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the personal nature of the products sold on this website, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products. Please choose your product carefully before you make a purchase or please feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have any queries about the product.

All vibrating items will be tested for their vibrating functionality before they are sent to you to ensure they are in working condition. If a product you receive from us becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase we will gladly exchange the product for you. We will exchange the faulty product for the exact same product, free of charge. The product must be in it's original packaging and you will be liable for the costs involved in sending the product back to us. We will pay for the cost of sending the replacement item back to you. 

Please note: If the same product is unavailable within a period of two weeks you will be able to replace the faulty product with a similar product, up to the same value, in replacement.

Please contact us before returning any items and we recommend purchasing new batteries as this is the cause of the problem in most cases, and products found to be working upon return will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
